Derry has joined Merlin as a Junior Broker, focusing his efforts on new business, supporting and helping new clients with their needs. Derry is an experienced sales director with a strong commercial and business acumen. 

 

Derry was part of a team that built an import and sales business from ground level to a multi-million pound operation. He spent the past five years working in a challenging commercial environment with the Essex-based business. Having left the firm in October 2025, we’re delighted Derry has chosen to join us at Merlin. He’ll be supporting our real estate and built environment clients with insurance requirements from architects to engineers, contractors, developers and everything in-between.
