Maia joined the team in October 2025. Prior to Merlin, Maia completed her Master’s in International Development at SOAS, University of London. She then interned with another insurance brokers firm before coming to join us, gaining valuable industry insight. With a varied background in data analysis, academia, and digital communications, Maias skillset positions her well as a great new addition to our team.
