Great news: Merlin are nominees for the Broker Startup 2025 award by magazine, 'Insurance Age'. Insurance Age run a brilliant awards event, focused on the brokerage market, so we're thrilled to feature in this year's shortlist. 

 

The awards are open to FCA-regulated general insurance brokers or independent intermediaries. Dedicated to firms operating in commercial or personal lines, the award is exclusively for brokers who received authorisation within the last three years. 

 

The judges look for a business that can show success in its short lifetime. The business may not be significantly profitable or have fulfilled its objectives to date. However, they need to demonstrate a plan that evidences great future potential. 

 

As you can imagine, this is something we're really pleased about. and to reach the shortlist at such an early stage in our operation, alongside some great names, is a real honour. 

 

We look forward to discovering who the judges decide is the winner at the awards. They take place on 9th October in Birmingham - congratulations to everyone also shortlisted.
